Peaceful neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. 🏡 About the House Spacious, furnished 3BHK independent house. Maid available at ₹6,000/month (₹2,000 per person). Rent: ₹45,000/month (₹15,000 per person). Security Deposit: ₹42,000. Utilities: Electricity and water bills to be split equally.
