Hello:), I am here for a one of those roommate situations where it turns out sick asf!! Rent is 1500/month, split that two ways + what ever utility comes out as (typically no more than 250$ for the gas and electric every month) Washer/dryer in the basement of this humble Logan Square duplex This lease is month to month, come and hang as long as you want really! Little background about me for you, I’m 26 years old, originally hail from West Virginia, lived in Pittsburgh for 7 years , then moved here 1.5 years ago. Currently in school at UIC for an art bfa and I’ve tried my best thus far to craft a charming space with texture, soft edges, nostalgia, and color. I’m in the process of turning the basement into a workshop space and material storage that gives good late night hang and crafting sessions. The apartment is about 1300 sq ft including the back deck overlooking a residential area of mostly families. Where the apartment grid wise is the intersection of Diversey and Sacramento, so tucked away a lil bit but no more than 10 minute walk to Milwaukee /logan Bars/restaurants, 15 minute bus to Humboldt park, 20 minute walk to Horner park as well, also 10 minute walk from Logan Square Blue Line!!! Really good central area, you could live in. I’m a laid back guy, love music and my record collection, films, I draw and make sculptures, like to play guitar, cook, thrift, and go out occasionally when I’m not working on a project! Lmk if this is your vibe, preferred age for roommates is 23-30, male or female idc! Artists/creatives preferred , but not a requirement!
