Hello! My name is Asia and I currently live at The Beacon in Marietta, Ga in a 4 Bed/4 Bath unit. I anticipate leaving The Beacon sometime in the next couple of months of this year (2026). My current lease ends July 27 but I renewed it until the end of December 2026. Due to my graduation in December and some other personal things, I am leaving The Beacon and would need someone to sublet my apartment. My base rent is $1049/month. Currently, I live with 1 other female in the unit. In this apartment, you would share a common area that includes a living room space and a kitchen. You would have your own room and bathroom.
