My roommate and I (both female and 21) are renting out our third bedroom and are looking for a third roommate for a Sept. 1 2026 move-in date. This is a 12 month lease. Rent is $1,800/mo. Upfront payments are first month's rent, last month's rent and the security deposit ($1,800x3). Unit includes in-unit washer and dryer, central AC and heat, and dishwasher. Utilities such as water are included in rent, but wifi, gas, and electric are separate. No pets are allowed. Apartment is very close to MassArt, Northeastern, Wentworth- COF college campuses. It is a 2min walk to Greenline MFA stop, and 2 min walk to 39 bus stop. We are both students at MassArt, and are very chill and friendly, we are looking for likewise students to live with!
