Any room available..The one with attached washroom is 22k, the one without washroom is 16k. We are a couple in our early 30s, both of us are working professional & have a cat. all expenses to be divided between 3 people. We have paid the painting charges & brokerage already & you dont have to. So it comes with no additional cost.
