Looking for a female flatmate replacement --- Hello Ladies, I am an Engineer and have rented a beautiful Semi furnished 2BHK at BTM 2nd stage with an attached washroom. The rent would be 15k each with Electricity and maintenance separate (goes up to 1000 max) every month. Rest all the amenities and pictures can be discussed in the DMs. 1)I am a Non vegetarian who doesn't have any issues with a Non Veg/Veg Flatmate as I don't cook Non Veg in the kitchen (Except the eggs). 2)Smoking and Drinking in the personal space would not be an issue. 3)Personal space and Sanity would be respected. 4)Cook is available(I prefer to cook myself) 5)You just need to set up your room and few appliances (I have a Washing machine,Microwave, Gas Stove, cylinder,Wifi).RO, Fridge and Mixer Grinder can be discussed. 6)Washrooms have Geysers already. 7)The deposit is 50k each. 8)We have a maid who does the utensils, cleaning and washrooms (once a week) in 1500 each. 8)Owner is a very co operative man and minds his own business until he receives his Rent on time.(No Interference in the personal life) Looking forward to connect with a female who is looking for a similar nest and find this a steal deal.
