My roommate and I are looking for someone to take over the third bedroom in our apartment on march 1st 2026, and then join the lease in November when we re-sign. the room is on the smaller side, $805 monthly, plus utilities which are usually no more than $250 monthly, so ~1,055 monthly. Located in Harlem right above the ABCD station, short walk to the 1 train. The video attached is from when the current resident first moved in. Our only ask is that you clean up after yourself, pay bills on time, and let us know before hosting parties (no need to let us know for individuals or 1-2 guests, just hosting large groups).
