It is a 3BHK duplex house. You get the master bedroom which comes with attached washroom and a balcony with artificial turf installed. The room and the home is almost fully furnished (TV/Microwave/Fridge is rented) i use the smaller room as my bedroom and since it is the smaller room, I have put my study table in the third room, which is more like a common room. We pay 45k total for the whole flat, split equally. 1 lac deposit. It is 5 minutes from Indiranagar and 2 minutes from Halasuru Lake. We have employed a lovely cook (who comes twice a day and makes all three meals) and a very sweet domestic help (who comes every day and cleans the home). We pay a total of 10K for both right now but should be increasing by a small amount by October. The master bedroom has literally been painted last month. It is an old bengaluru neighbourhood which is very quiet and neighbours are chill as long as we are. Loud music and all is okay, just need to inform them beforehand. Owner lives nowhere close and has minimal intervention. We pay our own water and electricity bill. Water flow is uninterrupted. Overall, your monthly expense on the home (barring groceries) should by 28-30k. Looking for a vegetarian/eggetarian flatmate who doesn’t smoke indoors.
