Its walkable distance to ORR and you have hospitals, super market, soul spirit mall and various food outlets in 5-10mins walking radius. master bedroom is occupied by me and my girlfriend. We are good with male and female tenants or couples no restrictions from owners, you move in from Jan 1st. Smoking and all is cool but you need to refrain doing it in kitchen and hall. Non-veg will be cooked in the house. We already have cook and maid in place who come twice everyday (Sunday being off for both). As these apartments are packed next to each other you need to look out for loud noises post 10PM.
